WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT: today we’re very excited to announce the winner and various Special Mentions for a very challenging contest, launched in collaboration with a World leading company in the dispensing and closure technologies.

As the name suggests, Next Generation Dispenser had the very focused objective to investigate the future generation of dispensers, in particular with regards to aerosol products. In fact, trends seem to suggest that next generation aerosols may be air powered and fully recyclable, which means a whole new range of products is expected to enter the market.

In particular, the brief invited participants from around the world to design a new disruptive actuator/dispensing cap design, capable of distinguishing itself for its unique shape and appeal, suggesting new gestures and experiences.

Despite the very specific scope of the competition, participation proved really up to the expectations with 40 participants from 18 countries in the world and 44 entries.

We’re now very happy to announce the winner of the contest, the project that most of all fulfilled the expectations of the Sponsor. Besides the winner, we also have some Special Mentions. In the coming months, the Sponsor might still decide to acquire other projects besides the winner.
