WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT: today we are announcing the Winner and the Special Mentions of a very exciting competition, launched in collaboration with Metafin, a company based near Venice, for the design of a new recreational area dedicated to families.
Participants from around the world took up the challenge, presenting 85 concepts of parks, showing very different approaches in applying ecological themes to a green area to be realised in the whereabouts of Venice.
There were various elements to include in the park, including benches, swings, futsal fields, picnic areas and many others, including a half-moon shaped amphitheatre.
Today we are very glad to announce not just one Winner but also other projects that deserved a mention for their quality.
