That’s what we’ve been doing in the last years since the official launch of Desall.com and we have so far helped many different companies innovate their business developing great products. We did this always trusting and involving our international Community of creatives from all around the world, across all phases of product development, truly making product innovation open and accessible to anyone, no matter what their country was, their background or education.
Among the clients that trusted our platform from the early days, Chicco is the one who has believed in us more than anyone, starting several open innovation projects across multiple topics and for various product typologies. Today, we are very proud to welcome this new award, the Kind + Jugend Innovation award received by Chicco for Baby Hug 4 in 1, developed through our open innovation contests. The project was awarded for the category: World of Kids Furniture.
The 24 hour indoor solution for all your baby’s needs. Suitable from birth up to 36 months, Chicco’s Baby Hug 4-in-1 can be used in 4 different configurations: as a crib for overnight sleep, as a recliner thanks to the soft reducer inside, as a highchair to be attached to any table and as a first low chair to the table. Moreover, the electronic toybar with music, lights and soft toys, the possibility to easily adjust the height of the product, as much as the four wheels with brakes allow parents to entertain and easily manage the baby in every room of their home.
We’re so proud of this award, not only for the international prestige that it brings to the product but also because it confirms how competitive our open innovation model is when it comes to designing new products. In addition to accelerating the whole development chain, from concept to industrial design, from naming to packaging, it also improves every single step opening the way to new breakthrough in any product sector.
