New Squeeze Nebulizer Contest | Winners Announced

Discover the Winners and Special Mentions of the New Squeeze Nebulizer Contest

The New Squeeze Nebulizer Contest, a challenge in packaging innovation, invited designers, engineers, and innovators from around the world to create a new, user-friendly dispensing mechanism to facilitate the recycling of disposable bottles.

We asked participants to find a new mechanical dispensing system capable of nebulizing liquids into the air through the compression (squeezing) of a dedicated area, specific component, or the entire bottle. The ideal solution would present an innovative mechanism or type of interaction, setting it apart from current offerings with a focus on environmental sustainability.

When it comes to nebulizing liquid products, traditional mechanisms for disposable bottles are often composed of multiple components that are difficult to recycle and disassemble, thereby impeding efficient and easy disposal. The contest aimed to address this issue by promoting the development of the next-generation nebulizing packaging solution suitable for the food, hygiene, and beauty mass markets.

Participants submitted 45 proposals with the brief reaching 109 countries on 5 continents. Join us as we reveal the innovators who came out on top.
